Week 12 - Concept Development

This week we worked on further developing our concept. After presenting three concept directions to the client at the the meeting last week, we were able to enthusiastically continue forwards as one of the three concept directions were chosen.

Further Concept Development

To further develop the chosen concept, information from various expertise were needed, specifically from the medical field. The insights gathered from various Drs. and Drs to be, gave us a basis for the consultation product service system we are developing. This was then further elaborated to make it suitable for our client and the Ugandan context. After working out the standard consultation procedure, the work flow of the user and what the consultation product/service can do, the process flow has become a very complex flow chart! Nevertheless, the first pieces of the product service system is coming together and we are looking forward to receiving feedback and testing it in the field.

Preparations for the Field

Next to this, we have also started working on our field research and testing plan for Uganda. We will be leaving next week Friday already! How times flies. A basic plan and approach has been created and will evolve the next couple of days, especially after we get some feedback from our coach.
